Thank-you to the players and staff who sacrificed time with their families to complete this A-League season.
The Pandemic has caused and will continue to create many problems for our game however, now with the season over, I just wanted to pause and show my appreciation for those who sacrificed alot to keep the show going.
In particular, thank-you to the Wellington Phoenix for escaping their pacific paradise and play along with us Aussies in lockdown.
It has to be said players and staff, as well as spending time away from their loved ones copper pretty brutal pay cuts, and it appears they will have to stomach this economic pain for years to come.
We will leave the commentary on what’s next for tomorrow, but now, today, we just want to say thank-you.
Finally a congratulations to Sydney FC for winning the Toilet Seat, we hope they’ve still well stocked with toilet paper in NSW.
